When community members have urgent adult mental health or substance use disorder needs, the Rapid Access Clinic is ready to serve. Appointments & insurance are never required, and everyone is welcome.

Residential & Respite Services

North Coast Crisis Respite Center provides crisis respite and residential care to individuals struggling with mental health conditions. When your client needs to rest and reset with round-the-clock care, NCCRC is happy to take your referral.

Collaborating with first responders, local hospitals, our local crisis line provider, and our community, our staff ensures a timely, compassionate response whenever someone experiences a crisis.

Referrals Welcome

We welcome referrals from individuals, families, medical providers, Clatsop County Court (DUII, Community Court, Mental Health Court), DHS (children and families), the Department of Justice (probation, post-prison supervision​​), and others.​
