Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare was been devastated by a fire which struck on the night of 12/16/10. We appreciate the help of the community  

and other agencies in helping us to get re-established so quickly in Astoria.

We are now located at 2120 Exchange Street in the Park Medical Building located across from Columbia Memorial Hospital.

We occupy 4 suites in the building:

Suite 301 is our Administrative and Psychiatric Services (East Entrance)

Suite 207 is our Alcohol and Drug Program (East Entrance)

Suite 203 is out Child and Family Services (West Entrance)

Suite 202 is our Adult, Crisis and Access to Services (West Entrance)

Our Seaside site continues to operate at 318 S. Holladay
