Did you know Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare offers free Mental Health First Aid training? We want to see you in the next class!
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This 8-hour training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.
So who should take a MHFA course?
• Employers
• Police officers
• Hospital staff
• First responders
• Faith leaders
• Community members
• Caring individuals

When: March 6th and 13th from 8 am to Noon (must attend both sessions)
