Radical acceptance does not mean blindly approving of everything happening around you. It means that at any given moment you can accept that if things are great then they're great, and if things are not then they're not. Without assigning blame. Without assigning judgement.
No one feels amazing every moment of every day. So when things get hard, take healthy steps that will help you to feel better. Spend time with supportive people. Practice your self-care. Ask for help when you need it. It doesn't take drastic actions to start feeling better. Small steps can make a big difference.?
